Gaurav is a seasoned, CBAP® certified hands-on Business Analyst and Certified Product Manager® (from AIPMM) with more than 23 years of IT industry experience and over 13 years of experience executing large Business Analysis assignments, including working on both Waterfall and Agile projects.

After obtaining his B.Tech (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from the internationally recognised IIT Kharagpur in 2000, he started his career as a software programmer before transitioning to software design/architecture and eventually to business analysis and product management.

He is also a best selling author of the book "Web Content Management with Documentum", which was published in 2006 by UK-based Packt Publishing.

Gaurav holds other professional certifications as well, such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and Certified Dell EMC Specialist - Content Management Application Architecture & Systems Architecture.
